1. Candidate Terms & Privacy Policy
For Job Seekers & Professionals
Public vs. Sensitive Information Access
Because Insider is a talent recruitment platform, public profile information—including work experience, education history, skills, licences, languages, and city location—will be shared publicly and can be accessed by visitors browsing your dynamic link. However, sensitive personal information (email address, phone number, and CV PDF documents) is strictly protected and accessible exclusively by verified recruiter accounts or by yourself.
Direct Outreach & External Communication Vigilance
Insider is provided solely as a direct reach-out platform connecting candidates and hiring companies. Any communication, interview arrangements, or agreements occurring outside of the platform must be conducted with vigilance. Candidates must remain alert to prevent potential risks or illegal activities from unverified external parties.
Data Protection Guarantee & Liability Exclusions
Insider maintains full authorization protocols to protect candidate sensitive information. We guarantee that sensitive personal data will never be sold, rented, or transferred to unauthorized third parties. Should data misuse occur externally due to user negligence (such as sharing login credentials or disclosing personal info on external sites), Insider cannot be held responsible.
2. Recruiter & Company Terms
For Hiring Organizations & HR Professionals
Prohibition of Illegal Data Misuse
Access to candidate details, contact information, and CV documents is granted strictly for legitimate employment sourcing. Using candidate information for illegal purposes, spamming, harassment, or unauthorized data aggregation is strictly prohibited. Any recruiter engaging in illegal activities will face immediate account termination and legal action under applicable laws.
Direct Outreach Safety & Due Diligence
Recruiters must exercise appropriate due diligence during candidate interactions. Insider operates as an initial discovery channel. All external communications and employment contracts conducted outside the platform are the responsibility of the participating entities.
Platform Authority & Fraud Prevention
Insider retains full authority over recruiter and corporate profiles. If a company account is identified as unauthorized, fraudulent, or fake, Insider will take immediate action—including account banning, IP blocking, and reporting the fraudulent entity to legal authorities.
