1. Candidate Terms & User Conduct
For Job Seekers & Professionals
Profile Accuracy & Credentials
Candidates must provide accurate, truthful information regarding work experience, education, skills, and qualifications. Creating fake profiles, impersonating others, or uploading misleading documentation is strictly prohibited.
Direct Outreach & External Vigilance
Insider operates as a direct discovery and matching platform. Any interview arrangements, communication, or agreements occurring outside of the platform must be conducted with vigilance. Candidates should remain alert to prevent potential risks or fraudulent requests from external entities.
Account Security Responsibility
Candidates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and session tokens. Insider cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
2. Recruiter & Company Terms
For Hiring Organizations & HR Professionals
Prohibition of Data Misuse
Access to candidate profile details, contact information, and CV documents is granted strictly for legitimate recruitment. Harvesting candidate data for spamming, commercial reselling, or unauthorized data aggregation is strictly forbidden.
Account Verification & Fraud Prevention
Insider reserves the right to verify recruiter identities and company credentials. Accounts found to be fake, unauthorized, or fraudulent will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Insider provides talent discovery and matching software tools "as is". Insider is not an employment agency and is not liable for hiring decisions, employment disputes, or agreements reached between candidates and hiring entities.
